The MPA seeks to support our members across a wide range of areas. Through member engagement the MPA Group ensures a collective voice across the music publishing sector is identified.
The MPA encourages open participation in policymaking. Through our committees and our member-elected board, we strive to ensure that music publishers are fully represented in discussions with Government, the wider music business and the general public.
From music publishing newcomers to seasoned executives, the MPA provides extensive and expert-led training for all aspects of our sector.
The Award recognises and celebrates the achievements of those who have shown an outstanding contribution to the administrative areas of the music publishing industry.
The MPA launched a brand new initiative in early 2018 aimed at our MPA Publisher Members who are new to the industry or have worked in publishing for less than 10 years).
We have initially called the group the Young Music Publishers Association or the YMPA (this name is subject to change).
The MPA Richard Toeman Scholarship is designed to support the progress of 2 outstanding individuals, 1 working within the music publishing industry and 1 recent graduate.
