Pascale Khalaf

Pascale has worked in the music industry for over 25 years, primarily in music publishing having begun her career at the MPA and EMI Music Publishing. She then moved on to other majors including Warner/Chappell where I led the licensing team & business for 11 years.

She went on to form part of the senior management team leading the company strategy alongside the MD and CEO amongst others.
She has extensive experience in international affairs as well as domestic and am currently responsible for a high volume of international licensing & activities across the ABKCO catalogues and roster including The Rolling Stones, Sam Cooke, The Animals, Bobby Womack & many others.

As well as management within the corporate world, she was responsible and main client contact for licensing & creative across multiple iconic catalogues and songwriters. She actively participates in mentorship roles in programs across the music industry internationally.
