A day when communities across the UK are getting together to say a great Big Thank You! This year Music for Dementia are leading the Thank You Day music campaign, to give a huge thank you through music to paid and unpaid carers across the UK, particularly to those that care for people with Dementia. There are lots of ways to get involved from holding musical BBQs, to sharing the song or hosting your own event!
