Licensing Manager

Job Title:  Licensing Manager
Reports to:  Head of Sync
Location: London, United Kingdom
Salary: Competitive

Responsibilities:

• License and invoice all sync media (e.g., film, television, commercials, internet, video, stage, etc).
• Analyse, review and resolve license revision requests with clients.
• Liaise with clients to finalise sync license templates.
• Liaise with finance to process license fee payments; and pursue license fee collections.
• Liaise with copyright for delivery of clock numbers and cue sheets.
• Maintain sync licensing database.
• Produce monthly financial reports.
• Handle inquiries related to license requests from various sources on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements:

• A deep understanding of licensing and music publishing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in music publishing.
• High quality Excel/Word/Outlook expertise.
• Strong problem solving.
• Show initiative and help implement improvement within the licensing process.
