Amanda Feighery

Mandy has a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the field of disability. Originally from Dublin, she initially studied Law before making a decision to move to London. Mandy, being quite sporty, dedicated herself to the study of Sport and Exercise Science, earning both her undergraduate and MSc degrees in the field with a specialty in Sports Psychology.

Over the past 8 years, Mandy has been a disability adviser, specializing in supporting students with reasonable adjustments. This has extended beyond individual support, as she actively engages in advocating for policy changes to enhance inclusivity within educational institutions. Mandy’s work included conducting disability awareness presentations for colleagues, fostering a culture of understanding, belonging and empathy.

With a wealth of experience in disability support, Mandy is now transitioning into the broader area of Diversity and Inclusivity. Mandy’s journey reflects her passion for positive change and her dedication to making a lasting impact on the landscape of diversity and inclusion.
