MPA/UK Music Publishing Census now open

The MPA/UKMusic Publishing Census is now open, and we invite all MPA members to submit their completed census response.

The results of the census will be used to promote the work of our members and the publishing community, aid our lobbying efforts, and feed into the This Is Music 2025 annual sector report, spearheaded by UK Music which will be presented to the UK Government to outline the economic contribution the UK music industry makes to the UK economy.

2025 is a pivotal year for the music publishing community as we work on behalf of our members to ensure AI developments respect copyright laws and other related rights. The information you provide via the census is central to our ability to lobby the government and protect copyright and intellectual property rights.
