MCPS launch Centenary Book with Brian Blessed

On Thursday 10th April, the MCPS continued its centenary celebration with the official launch of its commemorative book, which documents the rich history of MCPS in print for the first time.

Through anecdotes and interviews with key industry figures, the book charts a century representing songwriters, composers and publishers during a profound period of transformation in the music industry. The account explores how MCPS has navigated challenges and continues to evolve to thrive today.

The event saw legendary Brian Blessed lend his unmistakable voice to a reading for all attendees, including MCPS board directors past and present, publisher members and all licensees who have been instrumental in the success of MCPS over the years.
