  • Setting clear performance indicators and activity and revenue targets for all members of the team, tracking and improving the revenue and pipeline performance of the team
  • Managing the sales aspect of the relationship with the ABRSM (the exam board of the Royal Schools of Music) to support the relationship and ensure that it remains strong, that sales are achieved, and that opportunities for growth are realised.
  • Recruiting, training, motivating and managing the Business Development team so that individual and team performance meets and exceeds expectations
  • Working with the Director of Music Publishing to set and monitor Business Development revenue and expenditure budgets
  • Developing effective approaches for pricing and discounting based on data
