We stand as one, shoulder to shoulder with our friends and colleagues across the music industry around the globe in support of our black and ethnic minority communities. The brutality which led to George Floyd’s tragic death is another distressing example of why more needs to be done to stop racism and bigotry. We are united in sending a global message, one which promotes inclusivity, diversity and peace to each and every one of us in society, without any form of discrimination.

Tomorrow we will close our doors to the outside world and spend time reflecting on what we do and how we behave in promoting diversity and inclusion, challenging ourselves on what we can do even better, all the while our thoughts and prayers will be with the Floyd family and all those that are suffering the pain of these intolerable tragedies.
